Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Integrated Technology Solutions Senior Staff Member to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific, and IT solutions.

This position is for a senior staff member that can assist in running and managing a variety of important Division level functions. A successful candidate will be familiar with the ITS Division customer base, business operations, management team, and the broad range of technical skills and capabilities that ITS has to offer, to include familiarity with project and program security postures. The successful candidate will have mature managerial and leadership skills as well a good understanding of Dynetics business processes.

Basic Qualifications

•    Must have 15+ years of experience in engineering management
•    Must have knowledge of ITS skills and capabilities
•    Must be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment leading and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
•    Must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating and presenting in both internal and external environments
