Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Administrative Specialist to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
This position will provide administrative support in Dynetics Ridgecrest, CA office. The job duties include providing on-site security verification for visitors, coordinating office services, and on-site property management. This position will be expected to provide support to other office personel as required with routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to customers.
HS Diploma and 3 or more years of experience in a position requiring direct customer interaction.
Experience in customer service is a plus
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
