Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Threat Systems Cyber Analyst to serve as a technical lead for cyber activities as part of a diverse, highly technical team working to create unique solutions for complex problems related to weapon systems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering solutions.
This position will require the employee to serve as a technical lead for teams conducting software reverse engineering and cyber vulnerability analysis on weapon systems. This includes characterization and documentation of weapon system performance and vulnerabilities identified that could be exploited for deception, degradation, denial, disruption, or destruction of weapon system capability. Identified vulnerabilities will be tested using virtualization, emulation, modeling, and simulation techniques to assess impact on system performance and the robustness of exploits to variations in system configuration. As a technical lead, the employee will be responsible for providing analytical and design solutions to complex technical problems and technical guidance to junior engineers.IND3
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical degree
· Candidate must have at least five years experience conducting software reverse engineering, developing vulnerability exploits, performing penetration testing, or conducting similar cyber activities
-Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
· Software reverse engineering of complex software for use in vulnerability analysis, with experience using related tools (IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, Ghidra)
· Cyber security assessments
· Network analysis
· Weapon system analysis
· Virtualization and/or emulation development
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance.
