Dynetics is currently seeking a Customer Care Security Specialist in Huntsville, Alabama for a complex security program under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Candidate selected will be responsible for providing customer care security services for a large multi-tenant facility. They will assist in all aspects of customer care and visitor control including JPAS database, processing incoming and outgoing visit requests, making badges, and supporting large conferences.
This role is particularly critical for our customers and employees. Working closely with project managers, business operations staff, and technical services staff, the customer care security specialist leverages a blended set of compliance and customer service skills to serve customers’ and employees' day-to-day. The customer care security specialist must understand both Dynetics’ compliance requirements and how to help make our customers and employees feel welcome and successful in their mission. This role must be highly responsive as well as proactive in reaching out to customers and employees to improve their experience with Dynetics. The successful customer care security specialist has strong communication and organizational skills and effectively handles multifaceted tasks and deadlines.
30+ years of experience in customer service
High School Diploma and 10 or more years' experience in the Administrative Security Professional field is required.
The job requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who enjoys challenges and has the capability and desire to work independently with little or no supervision in a fast paced environment.
Candidate must possess strong communication skills and attention to detail as well as the proven ability to work independently with others in a collaborative environment.
Skills required include initiative, problem solving, tact, good written and oral communication skill set and diplomacy.
The right candidate must be able to multitask, while having the flexibility to deal with short deadlines and demanding customers.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
10 years in Industrial and/or National Security field is preferred.
Experience with SIMS database is desired.
Experience with OnGuard (Lenol), Diamond II, Facility Commander, CCTV, and Alarms is also a plus.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education preferred.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
