In anticipation of NASA awarding the Human Landing System (HLS) contract in the near future, Dynetics Space Systems Division is seeking qualified engineers and analysts to support NASA programs including HLS that will put the first woman and next man on the Moon. We are seeking project engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, electrical/mechanical engineers, stress/structural engineers, and analysts to join a diverse team in support of the development of a Human Lander System that will take us back to the surface of the Moon by 2024.

The Senior EMI/EMC Engineer will support the Dynetics Space Division in the development of a human lander system and support equipment, primarily responsible for the analysis and testing of subsystem components for EMI/EMC along with grounding and bonding in the course of developing space qualified system designs. The position requires use of electrical computer aided design software, professional trade knowledge in the science of electrical engineering, and other analysis tools to produce electrical designs, analysis, and flight article documentation. This includes collecting data to determine supplier capabilities and in supporting the development of statements of work. Candidate will work in a team environment to support conceptual design through product implementation, and should be able to lead engineering design disposition on all documentation discrepancies.IND2
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
Candidate must have at least (15) fifteen years of direct experience in role as detailed above with an engineering company or system integrator where design, testing, and/or modification of aerospace systems was involved.
Candidate must have experience with EMI/EMC design, analysis, and testing to MIL-STD-461G,
Candidate must have demonstrated working knowledge of bonding and grounding per NASA-STD-4003A.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Preference will be shown to candidates who possess a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with degree level substitution for direct industry work experience.
