Observation Without Limits (OWL), a Dynetics company, is expanding its critical infrastructure security technology business in the northeast U.S. to better serve the utility, airport, rail, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other commercial and public sectors with our family of GroundAware® radar-based surveillance sensor systems. We are now looking for a senior-level sales and business development professional, who lives and works in the northeastern US, to join our growing team.
As NE regional manager, the ideal candidate must work proactively to understand and address customers’ needs in the region, while driving the sales process from beginning to the end, with a clear understanding of how to achieve both initial and follow-on sales. Direct experience with selling through value-added reseller (VAR) partners, as well as directly to end-customers in critical infrastructure sectors, is key to success. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, as is a demonstrated ability to contribute to growth in sales and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and partners today and down the road. A background in the security technology industry and an existing list of prospective customers who are likely buyers of our products would be of significant value to the ideal candidate.
BS degree or higher in business, marketing, or other relevant field with 7+ years in sales and business development of high-tech products into critical infrastructure, government, or other sectors where complex sales process required.
Live, work, and have established relationships in the northeastern US region, defined as from the Virginia/Maryland/DC area, to the Mid-Atlantic, through New England.
Candidate must be a resident in the Northeast region of the USA or willing to relocate to the Northeast region.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
