Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking Radar Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Analysts to join a diverse, highly-skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective intelligence, engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

Dynetics is seeking talented Radar Analysts to join a multi-contractor team in analyzing radar model and simulation data in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville Alabama. This role requires skilled engineers/scientists that understand radars and at least one of the following: real time radar HWIL simulations, signal generation/processing, radar algorithms, and radar performance analysis.

The individuals will analyze radar and signal injection algorithms and performance for radar signal injection systems and radar HWIL simulation data from real time signal and data processing equipment to support MDA missions.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related STEM Discipline.

Must have 3-10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

  1. Real time radar HWIL simulations

  2. Radar signal generation/processing

  3. Radar algorithms

  4. Radar performance analysis

Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

Other Qualifications

Radar and signal injection experience, scrum-agile experience, and C/C++ programming experience are a plus.

Working on-site at customer facilities on a multi-contractor team and interacting regularly with industry partners and the government customer, the candidates will be expected to represent Dynetics technically, professionally and ethically.

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
