Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Logistics and Inventory Control Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all logistics and inventory control support across Dynetics as a corporate shared service. Must be able to promote team atmosphere and help cultivate improved communication for problem solving. Applicant will be responsible to develop, revise and enforce standard operating procedures across all Dynetics divisions/subsidiaries. Collaborate with management on material and logistical improvement opportunities to streamline processes and reduce cost. Manage, develop and mentor team members to ensure compliance with safety/quality standards and policy/procedures and maintain a positive work environment. Track and report metrics to management to ensure all safety, service, quality and cost metrics achieved. Work closely with safety, production, quality, business operations, suppliers and customers to ensure requirements met. Other duties as assigned.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
