Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking experienced engineers with a background in stress analysis, with particular interest in those with experience in missile or rocket programs. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The engineer will support the Dynetics Avionics Division with integration and design of primary structure hardware for a new missile program. The candidate's primarily responsibility includes stress, stability, and modal analyses of missile hardware and packaging while meeting customer requirements. The position will require a willingness to work independently in the analysis and integration of components for a missile program and the ability work within a team environment to produce high performance parts. The engineer will support a team within product design cycles from concept development through product implementation.
Preference shown to candidates who possess a Master’s degree in an applicable degree field from an ABET-accredited university.
