Dynetics Technical Solutions (DTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynetics, is seeking a talented Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager to join a diverse, highly skilled team to create unique solutions for complex systems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective intelligence, engineering, and scientific solutions.
The Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager will support the Strategic Programs Division with a primary responsibility for managing complex IPT tasks within technical, schedule, and budget constraints. Candidate will work in a team environment to support product launch cycles and sustainment production operations. The candidate must be able to manage hardware/software integrations from diverse technical disciplines that meets performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
Candidate must have at least five (5) years experience as a team lead.
Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of hardware development experience.
Candidates must have experience with complex system engineering practices and processes, including the product development cycle through qualification and production.
Candidates must have experience with mechanical and electrical systems engineering, analysis, and testing.
Candidates must also understand development program data deliverable requirements, with experience working government contracts.
Candidates must be able to work with suppliers to help them meet both hardware and non-hardware deliverable requirements.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

Candidate must be able to write clear, concise, and comprehensive activity summary reports and present results to multi-disciplinary teams and customer stakeholders.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
