Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking an experienced FMS Operations Analyst to join a diverse, highly skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving radar systems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective intelligence, engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Candidate will serve as an FMS Operations Analyst on an International Strategic Operations Team within the Army Acquisition Project Management Office, which is responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs. The primary duties are to assist in office operations, addressing and closing taskers from higher headquarters, assess manpower and budget considerations, as well as assist government leadership and staff with varied FMS program performance assessments as they apply to Army Air and Missile Defense systems.
Candidate should have experience developing and updating briefing slides in PowerPoint; writing for publications; task activity scheduling support; action item tracking / document control support; meeting coordination / security support; some contract action support; and logistics / property management coordination. As a Board Secretary or Working Group member, the Candidate will coordinate assigned actions or serve as program operations support. The Candidate will develop and seek approval of the recommendations and prepare briefings with stakeholders.
Duties also include development of senior level documentation, communication and presentations packages to include position papers and COA decision briefings. The candidate will develop and provide presentation material using MS suite of programs to support senior level engagements, customer program reviews, and other program related meetings. The candidate will participate in the preparation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones for the FMS programs.
This position requires a minimum 5 years of experience with Army systems acquisition program management and one year in Foreign Military Sales. The ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to staff contractors and government officials is mandatory. A strong understanding of Army Project Management Office operations is highly desirable. In depth experience at the army product management level and associated contracting efforts is desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional desired. A high understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel and Power Point desired.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense’s. Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product.
Candidates with experience coordinating with higher headquarters such as PEO M&S, DSCA, DASA-DE&C, SAMD, and USASAC desired
