The Personal Computer Support Technician will provide support to distributed PC/networking environment including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for stand-alone PCs and Macs, PCs & Macs linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals.
Hardware & software configuration, installation, testing, and setup at user location
Providing technical, operational, and training support to users
Troubleshoots computer problems and application problems
Performs hardware and software diagnostics, coordinates needed repairs, resolves computer system problems, including coordination between users and components of a local area network, and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software
Supports peripheral equipment operators in mobile & peripheral device configurations and troubleshooting
High school Diploma with 2+ years experience with Windows 7 and windows 10.
Experience working with PC &/or Mac systems
Candidates with the following experience are preferred.
Experience with both PCs & Macs
Experience 2+ years experience
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
