Dynetics is seeking a talented Radar Analyst to join a multi-contractor team in analyzing radar model and simulation data in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville Alabama. This role requires skilled engineers/scientists that understand radars and at least one of the following: real time radar HWIL simulations, signal injection/processing, radar algorithms, and radar performance analysis.
The individual will integrate, execute, and analyze radar HWIL simulation test cases with a high fidelity signal injection system that exercises the tactical radar hardware and software in a simulated scenario by injecting simulated target data in real time. This capability plays a critical role in evaluating the performance characteristics of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) and achieving the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) test objectives. The individual should also have a good understanding of real time signal and data processing equipment and radar performance characteristics in the context of MDA missions.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related STEM Discipline.
Candidates must have 3-10 years of experience and be proficient in at least one of the following areas:
Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Radar and signal injection experience, scrum-agile experience, and C/C++ programming experience are a plus.
Working on-site at customer facilities on a multi-contractor team and interacting regularly with industry partners and the government customer, the candidates will be expected to represent Dynetics technically, professionally and ethically.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
