Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Contracts Representative to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Dynetics' Contracts Department works closely with leadership, engineering staff and other support organizations to successfully navigate the firm through all stages of the acquisition process. The candidate in this role will be responsible for administering various types of Government and Commercial contracts and subcontracts to include FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF and IDIQ task ordering efforts. Candidate will be involved in proposal preparation to include the review and negotiation of RFP terms and conditions, review of some pricing and associated documentation and the preparation of transmittal documents.
Candidate will also be responsible for analyzing significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies. The candidate will monitor the company's performance on those contracts and subcontracts assigned to them as well as others assigned to them on a continual basis, and ensure conformance to the original proposal and contractual terms and conditions. In addition to contract administration, the candidate will participate in contract kick-off meetings and will advise stakeholders of contractual requirements.
Finally, the candidate will be responsible for data entry into a contract management system for the purposes of project setup and establishment of budgets, as well as for performing contract closeouts.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
