This position will provide functional support for macro-level supply & demand planning through close partnership with the manufacturing plants, program managers, and business development teams to build a comprehensive view of demand, supply and capacity. role will help drive the identification of actions for evaluation including capital expenditures, insourcing or outsourcing activities and associated timing, facility management and planning, equipment utilization, and manpower levels while ensuring customer requirements are met. position will collaborate with Plant Managers, Program Managers, and the Business Development Teams on the development of a standardized metric dashboard to increase visibility and drive efficient action planning and decision making.

The candidate selected for this position will be on a functional supply and demand planning team that will support the execution of multiple simultaneous and diverse manufacturing activities within a dynamic and high growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Candidate must have experience in leadership of macro-level supply and demand planning for Defense, Aerospace, Space or Commercial organizations with proven track record of strong managerial skills working across all functions and levels of an organization with the ability to lead change through the development and implementation of new processes.
Technical experience in analyzing data and ability to make sound business judgements related to strategic supply, demand, and capacity initiatives.
Candidate must have facility management planning experience to support overall supply and demand forecasts for all programs.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills through demonstration of anticipating emerging issues and providing proactive solutions.
Candidate must be familiar with engineering change control processes to incorporate into overall supply demand models and forecasts.
Candidate must have personnel management or organizational leadership experience, including interviewing, assessing, and hiring new personnel.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
