Position Description

Dynetics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Project Management Analyst Planner to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

This position provides program management and material planning services to the USASMDC, and 1st Space Brigade in support of the Mobile Integrated Ground Suite (MIGS). The successful candidate will oversee the material planning process working within Dynetics processes in accordance with a government-approved purchasing system and collaboration with Dynetics Share Service Procurement department during the different procurement phases of the contract.

The candidate will also support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must have strong knowledge of technical purchasing to coordinate within company purchasing process in accordance with the FAR and best commercial practices.
  • Candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work on as well as manage a team.
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal, are required.

Candidate must be a US Citizen, and must be a resident of the Colorado Springs, CO area or be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs, CO area.

Other Qualifications

Additional qualifications that will be considered are:

  • Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.
  • Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and writing skills are also desired.
  • 10 years relevant experience in a DoD government contracting/procurement environment.
  • Experience with DoD customers and their requirements, primarily the US Army.
  • Experience working in a DoD Classified environment.

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
