Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Senior Logistics/Materiel Release Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, tactical logistics, and commercial fields, Dynetics, provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT Solutions.

Applicant will serve as the Materiel Release coordinator for PM-SHIELD equities. Position requires extensive organizational, written and oral communication skills. Applicant will be required to acquire a technical understanding of each weapon system to properly adjudicate logistics requirements. Applicant will be required to conduct logistics analysis and must understand logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements IAW AR 700-127. Applicant will have to interface with internal and external stakeholders to include test, safety, system engineering, and quality assurance. Applicant will be required to work independently and develop processes that will ensure issues are met expeditiously. Applicant will be required to coordinate the Material Release and Type Classification requirements IAW AR 700-3 for multiple weapon systems and will be required to understand the logistics interdependences with the Test Directorate, System Engineering, QA, ARL, G8, and the Warfighter to ensure compliance of emerging fielded systems.

Basic Qualifications

-Candidate shall have a Bachelor's degree, plus 10 years of experience or 18 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.

-Candidate should have experience supporting Army logistics

-Candidate shall be proficient using Microsoft suite applications.

-Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or surrounding area.
