You will lead and work within a team of engineers and scientists, contributing to the protection and assurance of hardware for the US Army. You’ll design, prototype, and test secure microelectronic hardware components ranging from board level to FPGA\ASICs level to integrated circuit level.
Areas of focus will include:
· Anti-tamper techniques enabling prevention, detection, response, and evidence
· Trusted platform and hardware security modules
· Secure processor architectures, trusted execution environments, hardware roots of trust, memory protection, side-channel threats and protection, and speculative or transient execution threats
· Automated visual inspection systems.

The position requires proven leadership in the focus areas, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge in three or more of the following:
You must be a US citizen and be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
Experience and demonstrated skill in any of the following is also a plus:
Preference may be shown to qualified candidates who possess a master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
Preference may be shown to qualified candidates who currently hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
